So how did the pull go in Barbourville? What was the results?

Well it was an interesting trip. The guys down there had built the track in the last three weeks, brand new. From the looks of it the track would have been excellent had they not had a torrential downpour just before we got there. They brought in a road grader and cut the track. It crossed my mind rather early to move the diesels to first class, but I got busy and kind of forgot about it, turned out that we had to do that anyway after the mini trucks could not move the sled due to how slick the track was in the hole. After we finally got started the pull moved on pretty well, there was some talk about a possible oppertunity for us to come back sometime in the future. I really hope it works out, I believe this would have been an excellent track with a little less moisture in it. Thanks to all of our pullers who came out and supported the Association.
