Truck pull this Saturday at Munfordville

Just wanted to remind everyone that this will be our last truck pull for the 2009 season. The last two pulls that were rained out will not be rescheduled.

Housekeeping we need to take care of:
1. The general meeting on December 5, will be catered . Anyone that plans on eating , I need your money and order form this Saturday .I will have forms for you to complete . The cost is $5.50 a person.
2. To the pullers that have raffle tickets , we have to have these tickets and money when you come to Munfordville Saturday night. The winner of the raffle will be drawn at this truck pull.
3. When a class meeting is scheduled please let me know , I would like to have a newsletter at the pull this Saturday that includes all of the class meetings. The only one I have now is 4,000.
4. We have 18 tentative pulls for the 2010 season already. It would not surprise me at all if we had 30 truck pulls next year .
5. Please remember that VP will be at the Munfordville truck pull to speak to the pullers about sponsoring some pulls for next year. VP will also have barrels of fuel for sale and will also sale it by the gallon.

The raffle tickets are for a $500.00 Wal-Mart gift card. They are $5.00 for one or 3 for $10.00. We gave these out at Layfette to people that wanted to sell them. Andrea and I also set up a booth at the Pumpkin Festival in Edmonton and sold raffle tickets and KOTTPA tshirts.
All the proceeds after the gift card is paid for will go into the points fund. We will have raffle tickets to sale at Munfordville and also the winner will be drawn .

I wish we could give away a Black Dodge Dually, then we would have no worries! LOL

I heard it was a whole rig with a white Common rail dually, a dual tandem trailer and a white automatic dodge puller. Heard it was all wore out though and wouldn't be worth having them give to ya.......................

Naw.....Naw..... I`m certain they said BLACK DODGE DUALLY. I really need to win this thing cause scrap metal is at an all time high and I could really use the cash. Mid-State Recycling also has a deal on free pickup for items that are not safe to transport. Anyways who in their right mind would have a Dodge puller with an automatic? That ain`t no good.

I just spoke with the promoter. The track is covered as well as two big piles of dry dirt covered up. He said everything is looking good.
